There are three phases to the Trifecta brewing process: It begins with the WETTING Phase where the saturation of coffee grounds can be controlled to get the percentage of water and fill pause appropriate for a given coffee. The next phase is the EXTRACTION Phase where, to provide uniform extraction, the grounds are agitated as air is injected into a pressurized chamber and the final stage is the HYDROLYSIS Phase where air presses the beverage through a metal screen to filter out grounds while preserving the coffee oils and aromatics. The end result is a unique, full-bodied coffee experience that your customers are sure to love!
